Cancellation and refund policies:
Course fees will be reimbursed, if canceled 1 week prior to course date. No refunds will be given after one week prior or for no-shows. If a workshop is cancelled a full refund will be given to all prepaid registrants.
Should a course be cancelled due to weather conditions, it will be rescheduled at a later date. Participants will be given the option of attending or receiving a full (100%) reimbursement. Sound Health Studio inc, does not take any responsibility for travel-related costs or losses due to inclement weather, therefore please consider travel insurance when making travel arrangements.
All information received from participants will be treated as confidential information. Records, assignments, and written materials will be secured according to the CBMT guidelines. Participants may change the names of individuals or mark through names of clients, agencies, or other entities to ensure confidentiality.
Grievance Policy and Procedures.
Participants have the right to file a grievance. Participants must provide written documentation of the complaint, outline the problem as you perceive it, and state the preferred solution. Send the grievance letter via email to Soundhealthstudio@gmail.com with a Cc to yourself. Once the grievance letter is received Judi Rubin-Bosco will review the information, and then respond in writing within 14 days of receipt of the grievance letter. If you disagree with the resolution of the grievance, you have the right to appeal the decision. State the reasons for your appeal in a letter and send it to the email address listed above. Sound health Studio will review the appeal and respond in writing within 14 days of receipt of the appeal letter. If the grievance is still not resolved satisfactorily, you have the right to ask CBMT’s Continuing Education Committee of CBMT to address the unresolved grievance.
